Ultratrans Flex

Ultratrans Flex is a digitally printed transfer and is ideal for a variety of fabric types for sportswear, workwear or promotional clothing.

It has been intensively tested for elasticity and chlorine resistance and complies with the OEKO-TEX standard. This makes Ultratrans Flex the perfect solution for textile branding.

This technically high-quality transfer enables a highly detailed representation of images with unlimited colour rendering and special effects such as embroidery look and metallic gloss look.

Can withstand frequent home washing at up to 60°C and is supplied on a transparent backing for precise positioning and efficient application in a single operation

With Ultratrans Plus, Polymark brings together its knowledge and experience in transfer technology with digital printing technology and OEKO-TEX certification.

Combines perfect colours, hues, detail and photo quality with excellent resistance to washing. Good adhesion and colour fastness are unique to the complete Polymark transfer range.

Supplied on a transparent backing for correct positioning and efficient application in a single operation

Industrial washing at up to 80°C.

Ultraprint

Ultraprint is synonymous with fantastic graphic reproduction and details, a short production time and extreme resistance to industrial washing processes.

The emblem, which consists of 100% soft polyester, retains its original colours after numerous industrial washes.

Our innovative printing process and automated cutting of the emblems allow us to produce almost any image, shape and size in small editions and offer them at exceptionally competitive prices.

Available in technical variants such as flame retardant, Hi-Tac for temporary use or perfect positioning on the garment and reinforced for combining with an embroidery edge or stitching onto the clothing.

Woven emblems

Woven badges give a premium finish to team outfits, shirts and uniforms. Compared to embroidered badges, woven badges allow a high degree of detail to be achieved. They are also somewhat thinner and smoother in terms of material, making them perfect for more ‘refined’ applications.

Woven badges are ideal for team logos and club emblems. We supply them with a glue layer so that they are easy to apply with a transfer press.

There is no need to stitch the emblem.

The design must be a contiguous shape. Because no backing is used, there can be no separate elements in the design.

This badge has the following properties:

Silicone emblems

The silicone transfer is the new addition to the Transfer Factory product portfolio. This transfer is a versatile elastic graphic medium with a soft touch.

The great thing about the silicone transfer is that it always contains a migration layer and is nevertheless stretchy. It is available in an extensive colour palette, making it highly suitable for application on all stretchy clothing, such as: football clothing containing Lycra, swimming, running and workwear.

This transfer has the following properties:

• Excellent colour matching.
• Environmentally-friendly product (PVC free).
• Washable at up to 40°C.
• Bright, opaque colour-fast colours.
• Excellent resistance to washing and wear.
• Stretchy and elastic product.
• Contains a migration and sublimation resistant layer.

A silicone film is also available nowadays. You can use it to cut out your logos yourself using the cutting plotter.

Embroidered emblems

Embroidered emblems give team outfits, shirts or uniforms the professional look and feel they deserve. These emblems are produced by means of a high stitch density in robust polyester yarn, creating a rich and multi-dimensional appearance.

Embroidered emblems are ideal for team logos and club emblems. We supply them with a glue layer so that they are easy to apply with a transfer press. There is no need to stitch the emblem.

The badge gives your textiles a very luxurious look and can be produced in a great many different shapes. However, the design must be a contiguous shape. Because no backing is used, there can be no separate elements in the design. If there are any separate elements in your design, we can of course also embroider your logo onto the clothing.

We can go up to ten colours per design and there are about 400 different types of embroidery yarn available (both for emblems and for embroidering the logo onto the clothing).

3d TPU badges

The latest generation of badges, developed in Japan, which the Transfer Factory is licensed to sell in Western Europe.

The badge has unrivalled properties:

• Made by high-tech machines from the automotive sector.
• The finest details are possible, enabling a fantastic texture.
• The badge is very strong, so it has a long lifespan.
• Recognisable but impossible to copy, limiting the scope for fake clothing.
• Easy to clean.
• Many different colours available; PMS colours are approximated up to 90%.
• Choice of matt or gloss quality.

Suitable for use on most common fabrics used in sport, including 100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester/cotton mixes.

Plotter transfers

The plotter transfer, also called a flex transfer, can be ordered from just one unit.

The transfers can only be ordered in one colour, since they are cut by a cutting plotter from a single-colour film. Of course, the same logo can be cut from multiple colour flexible films by the cutter, only then you must position the logo yourself. If you specify which material the transfer will be printed on when you order, we can make sure we use the correct flexible film for your transfer.

If you have your own cutting plotter, we can of course also supply you with the flexible film.

Digital print transfers

The TTF digital transfer is ideal for producing small quantities in full colour. The TTF digital transfer is ideal for producing small quantities in full colour. By specifying which material (substrate) the digital transfers are going to be printed on, we can manufacture the full colour transfers from the right material for you.

The full colour transfer has the following properties:

• Fast production time (48-hour service).
• Usable on any substrate.
• Available from 1 unit.
• Washable at up to 60C (25-50 washes).
• PVC free.
• Stretchy/elastic.
• PMS colours can be approximated by means of CMYK.
• Excellent value for money.
• Hot peel.

Suitable for cotton, nylon, cotton/polyester, 100% polyester and polyamide substrate.

The biggest advantage of this full colour transfer is that it can be delivered quickly in small volumes. This is not possible in screen printing.
